What are the shipping costs?

For Dutch orders, the shipping costs are €4.95. Above €50,- you enjoy free shipping!
For Belgian orders, the shipping costs are €12.95. Above €100,- you enjoy free shipping!

For all orders to other countries within the European Union, the shipping costs are €17.95. Above €125,- you enjoy free shipping!

For all orders to other countries outside the European Union, the shipping costs are €24.95. Above €150,- you enjoy free shipping!

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, we ship all orders with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, you will receive the link via e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped.

It can sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.

What are the delivery times?

Delta Nutrition strives for a fast delivery of the products. When you place an order on working days before 3 pm, we aim to post your order the same day.

I am not at home during the delivery, what now?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be waiting for you for 7 days at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). You will also receive a notification from the driver, which also states the pick-up location. After these 7 days, PostNL will return the shipment to our warehouse.

Wrong address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Lost or stolen package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address - but you have not received your order - please report this, 14 days after the indicated delivery date an investigation will be started by PostNL, we will keep you informed until the end of the investigation.
