If you are not satisfied with your order, you always have the right to return it.

Return

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt. Send the completed return form together with the invoice with the shipment. If this form is not fully completed, we cannot process the return request.

To be eligible for a refund of the purchase amount or an exchange, the returned product must be returned in its original condition and provided with labels and labels. The product must not contain any traces of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items have already been used or have been damaged through no fault of our own.

Refunds

As soon as the product has been received in our warehouse, the product will be exchanged as soon as possible or the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days.


Dispatch
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Provide the return with a Track & Trace code (own expense). E-mail a photo of the Track & Trace code on the day of shipment.

- The return form must be printed out in the package
-The product must be sent in unused condition
- The product must be delivered in its original packaging
- The product is checked for damage caused by the customer, so sending a damaged product through your own fault will not be processed.
