Ruilen en retourneren

For any returns, a legal right of withdrawal from the agreement applies as follows:

• • You have the right to return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
• • You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.
• • Only the costs for returning from your home back to the webshop are for the customer's own account. The return costs that the customer pays to the carrier amount to approximately 7.95 per package. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. These are subject to price changes and depend on your location.
• • If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.
• • To exercise this right, please contact us at delvers@deldanutrition.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 working days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order and unopened.

Before you return an item, you must indicate this to our customer service via delvers@deldanutrition.nl

* You must pay the (return) costs for returning your purchase yourself. Costs for returning your purchase are not reimbursed by Delda Nutrition.

If the item has signs of use or damage, which has arisen because you have done more with the products than necessary, we can decide not to refund the full amount paid or not to accept the return of the item.
